Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and timelines under which clients of Digiplug Marketing Service LLP may cancel services or request refunds. This policy supplements any signed service agreement or proposal.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@digiplugmarketing.com.
2. Cancellation Timelines

3. Refund Eligibility & Timelines

4. Early Termination Fees
If you terminate a fixed-term agreement before the end of the contracted period without cause, the following may apply:
- Payment for all work completed through the termination date.
- A termination fee of up to 25% of remaining contract value, as specified in your signed agreement.
- Reimbursement of non-cancellable third-party costs (software licenses, ad credits, freelancer fees).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Work already delivered and approved by the client.
- Third-party advertising spend, domain registrations, and platform subscriptions.
- Rush or expedited service fees.
- Custom strategy or audit work where deliverables have been shared.
- Deposits for projects where work commenced within 48 hours of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@digiplugmarketing.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]."
- Include your full name, company, invoice number, date of payment, and reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Our team will review and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines listed in Section 3.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by emailing info@digiplugmarketing.com within 14 days of our decision. A senior team member will respond within 10 business days.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated fees.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes apply to new engagements from the date posted. Existing contracts are governed by the policy in effect at the time of signing unless otherwise agreed.
